To put it simply: I was tired.
I was tired of having to give every single piece of my personal information to Broadcom just to download a piece of software that is supposed to be free.
I didn't want people to have to go through the painful process of creating a Broadcom account, verifying emails, and navigating their incomprehensible websites and messy file structures just to find a basic installer.
The friction they've created is unnecessary and hostile to the user. Finding a download link shouldn't be a part-time job or a data-harvesting trap.
That's why I created this page. One click, one download. No accounts, no trackers, no bullshit. Just the files you need, hosted on the Internet Archive for everyone to access freely.
